Fredrik Croneborg ran himself into third place at the Ironman 70.3 Taiwan last Sunday after staying within striking distance all day while Paul Ambrose finished fifth. Caroline Steffen also snagged a fifth place at the famous Noosa Triathlon and Ben Hoffman finished tenth at the Xterra World Championships in Maui.

Having won the previous two races in the series at Challenge Dubai and the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, she is the sole athlete eligible for a USD$1 million bonus should she win the final race: the Ironman 70.3 Middle East Championship in Bahrain on December 5.
